Two-Day Package - $30,000
- One Pro-Am golf group each day (three golfers per day)
- Overnight accommodations for each golfer at Nemacolin
Woodlands Resort on Tuesday, June 22 and Wednesday,

- 12 tickets to the Winner's Circle Party, hosted by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield on Wednesday, June 23
- Breakfast and lunch in private dining area

- Team prizes awarded to 1st-3rd place teams on each day
