Stories of Hope and Inspiration

Each person who has a brush with cancer, like Mario Lemieux, has a unique story. The Mario Lemieux Foundation is proud to present a forum to share these personal experiences, the Stories of Hope and Inspiration.

In a video essay no longer than three minutes, submit your story of hope and inspiration. Highlight how your experiences, or the experiences of someone close to you, can help others in their fight against cancer.

Mario and representatives from the Mario Lemieux Foundation will review all submissions and choose the three most inspirational videos. Each of the three winners will receive four Igloo Club tickets to a Pittsburgh Penguins game during the 2009-2010 season. The Stories of Hope and Inspiration page at www.mariolemieux.org will showcase the winning videos and a selection of additional videos.

Video essays will be accepted from October 26 – December 1, 2009. The winners will be announced on December 18 at www.mariolemieux.org.
